Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals with construction, roofing or home-improvement experience to join a hands-on pest control career. No prior pest control experience required; paid training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed.

You'll inspect and install pest protection, perform attic and crawlspace services, and work with customers daily. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a recession-proof industry.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC or maintenance preferred.
• Willing to obtain state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training)

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation

  Qualifications

  What We're Looking For:

  • Candidates with construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience (preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service

  • Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs.

  Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces
  • Must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required
