Job summary

The Holley Construction Group is seeking a Construction Laborer to participate in all phases of site work, from foundation to finish. The role emphasizes safety and high-quality output while collaborating with a crew and on-site foremen.

You will use available resources efficiently and keep sites hazard-free. You will also help maintain tools, report delays or incidents, and adapt to varying weather conditions while performing strenuous physical labor for extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required.
• Willingness to perform strenuous physical labor up to or over 10 hours per day.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.

• Participate in all aspects of construction projects from foundation to finish.

Job description

Shift: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week with potential for overtime

Wage Range: $22.00 - $25.00/hour

Direct Report Relationship: Field construction supervisors

Position Summary

The Construction Laborer participates in all aspects of construction projects, from foundation to finish work.

Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first

Works closely with other team members and construction industry professionals

Utilize available resources to perform duties efficiently

Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate potential hazards and ensure day-to-day safety

Keep tools and equipment in good working condition

Assist company on-site leadership as directed

Document and report work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions

Solid understanding of common construction site hazards and how to address them

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Ability to perform strenuous physical labor up to or over 10 hours per day

Be able to work in varying temperatures and outside conditions (dirt, dust, fumes, loud noises)

Basic math and measurement skills

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
