Overview

At Everest Green Horizons, we design and build luxury outdoor living spaces that blend beauty, function, and sustainability. From custom patios and outdoor kitchens to resort-style pools and smart landscaping, our projects are crafted to elevate outdoor living in Texas. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hardscaper/Landscaper to join our growing outdoor design-build team. This role involves hands-on work in constructing patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and synthetic turf, and completing detailed landscape installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape installations, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Install turf, mulch, plants, trees, and irrigation systems.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Assist in the construction of hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct routine maintenance on landscapes, including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
• Collaborate with team members for project execution.
• Utilize tools for drywall installation, concrete finishing, cabinet installation, and door hanging as needed. Install pavers, flagstone, concrete pads, retaining walls, etc.
• Participate in remodeling projects that enhance outdoor living spaces.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
• Grade and prepare outdoor spaces for construction.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas.

Requirements

• Familiarity with tools, materials, and outdoor construction methods.
• Knowledge of construction estimating practices to assist in project planning.
• Experience in heavy equipment operation is essential.
• Skills in drywall installation, concrete finishing, cabinet installation, door hanging, and welding are highly desirable.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
