JONES AND LAMBERTI BUILDERS INC is seeking a Construction Laborer to support diverse projects on our California job sites. You will assist skilled tradespeople, help with keeping the site organized, and contribute to safe, efficient project completion while adhering to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent), willingness to learn, strong teamwork, and the stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in varying weather. Training is provided.

Job Descripon:

As a Construcon Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporng various construcon projects by
assisng skilled tradespeople and contribung to the overall success of the job site. Your physical
dexterity, a-enon to detail, and strong work ethic will be essenal in ensuring the compleon of
projects in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilies:

• - Maintain a clean job site, pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to
  eliminate potenal hazards
• - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and delivery vehicles.
• - Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the job site organized and safe.
• - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• - Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals efficiently and effecvely.

Requirements:

• - High school diploma or equivalent.
• - Previous experience in construcon or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• - Physical stamina and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather condions.
• - Strong teamwork skills and willingness to take direcon from supervisors and more experienced
  workers.
• - Basic knowledge of construcon tools, equipment, and materials.
• - Excellent a-enon to detail and ability to follow instrucons closely.
• - Strong commitment to safety and the ability to adhere to safety protocols.
• - Good communicaon skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
