We are hiring Construction Skilled Laborers!

We are looking for Construction Skilled Laborers who have acquired the necessary skills and training to complete building and construction-related jobs. Your duties may include painting, drilling, flooring installations, plumbing, electrical tasks, and other manual labor as assigned.

Eligibility

To succeed as a Construction Skilled Laborer, you should have completed apprenticeships and acquired relevant skills. An outstanding laborer should be eager to expand their skill set, learn from others, and be open to off-site training.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Moving materials to the worksite and ensuring tools, machinery, and equipment are safely set up.
2. Operating equipment like drills, pneumatic hammers, shovels, pikes, and other heavy machinery.
3. Assisting with electrical and plumbing installation procedures.
4. Adhering to health and safety codes and company principles.
5. Removing hazardous materials from sites.
6. Spreading gravel, asphalt, and other materials over surfaces.
7. Performing site and equipment inspections.
8. Attending meetings and workshops.
9. Completing on-the-job training.
10. Ensuring tasks are completed on time.
11. Performing other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Forklift or heavy machinery/equipment certification.
• Specific trade skills (e.g., concrete, framing, drywall, masonry).
• Experience on commercial or residential sites.
• Tech-savviness with jobsite software or mobile apps (if applicable).

Other Physical Requirements

• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders or scaffolds carrying materials.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry at least 50 pounds (22.7 kg) frequently.
