• Perform general construction site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving materials such as lumber, drywall, concrete, and equipment.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and supplies.
• Remove debris and dispose of materials according to site safety guidelines.
• Assist skilled trades when needed (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.).
• Set up and break down job site equipment and materials.
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
