Rollins, Inc. is seeking hands-on individuals to become Orkin Pros in Westerville, Ohio. No pest control experience required; training is provided to teach you the skills needed to protect homes and businesses.

You’ll inspect and install pest control systems, perform attic and crawlspace services, and even handle light carpentry. Expect a competitive starting pay and comprehensive benefits as you grow with the company.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in construction/roofing/home improvement is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must wear PPE and OSHA-compliant respirator as required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation
• Light carpentry work

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates with construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service

• Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces
• Must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required
