Roche Bros. Inc. is seeking dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team on active construction sites across Maryland, Northern Virginia, and surrounding areas.

The role offers year‑round, full‑time outdoor work with training provided for those new to construction. Responsibilities include general labor, wall stacking, footing preparation, material handling, and installing drainage systems. Candidates should be reliable, safety‑minded, and able to lift up to 60 lbs in all weather

Qualifications

• Construction experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Experience using hand tools; willingness to learn power tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor on commercial retaining wall construction projects.
• Assist with wall stacking, backfilling, and material placement.
• Prepare and level footing stone for installations.
• Cut blocks, caps, drainage pipe, and geosynthetic materials as needed.
• Install drainage systems according to project specifications.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow directions from Foremen and Assistant Foremen.
• Work safely while following company safety policies and procedures.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 60 lbs.
