Roche Bros. Inc. is seeking dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team on commercial retaining wall projects. This is a full-time, hands-on position working on active construction sites throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred but training available.
• Experience using hand tools; willingness to learn power tools and equipment.
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor on commercial retaining wall construction projects.
• Assist with wall stacking, backfilling, and material placement.
• Prepare and level footing stone for installations.
• Cut blocks, caps, drainage pipe, and geosynthetic materials as needed.
• Install drainage systems according to project specifications.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow directions from Foremen and Assistant Foremen.
• Work safely while following company safety policies and procedures.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 60 lbs.
