Job summary

OWL Services is seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our Fort Wayne team. This role focuses on installing and maintaining fuel systems at commercial sites, with hands-on duties and outdoor work across various weather conditions.

You will assist with underground fuel system installations, operate construction equipment, and contribute to concrete work and dispenser installations as part of a skilled crew. A strong work ethic and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• DOT physical clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform daily physical labor.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to climb, kneel, bend and work on uneven terrain.
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment and busy job sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up job sites for daily work.
• Assist with installation of underground fuel systems and product lines.
• Operate and work around construction equipment.
• Pour and finish concrete (tank pads, repairs, replacements).
• Install and replace fuel dispensers and related components.
• Perform piping and general construction tasks.
• Support the crew with a variety of labor duties as projects require.
