Job summary

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is hiring construction laborers to start immediately. The role involves cleaning work areas, lifting materials, digging and leveling, moving between sites, and performing general labor tasks as projects progress.

Candidates should have 6 months to 2 years in construction labor and be able to carry at least 70 lbs, with reliable transportation and OT availability. The company emphasizes strong safety, reliable schedule, and opportunities for growth within a 50+

Responsibilities

• Cleans work areas, tools, equipment, materials etc.
• Lifts, carries, and holds building materials, tools, and supplies.
• Digs, spreads, and levels dirt and gravel, using pick, rake, and shovel.
• Moving and transferring from job to job as projects progress and work is available.
• Work with other workers in a cooperative manner.
• General labor work.

Laborer responsibilities and abilities include but are not limited to the list below. Other duties may be assigned.

• Cleans work areas, tools, equipment, materials etc.
