MV WATS LLC – Cumming, Georgia is hiring a Construction Laborer to perform general labor on active construction sites and assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling. You will support concrete and footing work, including rebar installation, and help with excavation and grading tasks.

The ideal candidate has 7 months to 1 year of construction experience, good work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Status: Non-Exempt
Starting Pay: $18–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 pm

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 7 months to 1 year of construction experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.Commitment to following all company safety procedures and job site regulations.
