Skillforce is currently hiring motivated and reliable General Laborers for work in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will support various construction tasks, ensuring that the project runs smoothly and efficiently. Due to the nature of the job site, you must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings and must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US.

Pay rate: $20-$22 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites
• Handle and transport materials and equipment
• Perform general cleanup and site maintenance
• Support skilled tradespeople as needed
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Assist with tasks such as digging, mixing, and carrying materials

• Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks
