Responsibilities: • Work with your crew through all stages of the project to make sure that the job is done efficiently • Take away any remaining tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean work site • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure you and your team members are free from injury • Be available to help onsite tradespeople and heavy equipment workers as needed, to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing, and any other aspect of the project • Clear away any trash, debris, or hazardous materials to prep the site before construction begins • Unload and stack all building materials and tools needed for a project so that everything is accessible and easy to find for the project Qualifications: • Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity • Candidates who have experience using construction equipment such as forklift, power tools, and hand tools highly preferred • This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
