Responsibilities

• Assist Instructor in delivering daily instruction and preparing materials.
• Support students individually or in groups to enhance understanding and engagement.
• Prepare and implement program curriculum activities and monitor student progress.
• Record grades, attendance, and competency progress; maintain inventory and equipment.
• Enforce safety and program standards; collaborate with staff on goals and strategies.
• May assume Instructor role when required and participate in open houses or events.
