Job summary

Colorado Structures, Inc. DBA CSI Construction Company invites a motivated Construction Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting California project teams in both the field and office.

You will learn through exposure to preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, safety, and project documentation as you contribute to real projects. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields and is eager to learn from experienced construction

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university program in related fields.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and construction-site environments.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and project partners.
• Reliable transportation to assigned project locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily construction activities.
• Participate in jobsite walks and document progress.
• Observe construction means, methods, sequencing, and best practices.
• Assist with quality-control inspections and documentation.
• Support monitoring of materials, deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
• Help maintain organized project documentation.
• Support safety meetings and training.
