Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student pursuing a four year or advanced degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Science.
• GPA 2.5 or higher cumulative.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week during the spring semester.
• Completed college freshman year.
• Aspiring career in construction after graduation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Gaining an understanding of the construction process.
• Participating in quantity takeoff/quantity estimating.
• Assisting with submittals: logs, shop drawings, submittals review.
• Preparing transmittals for project documentation.
• Assisting in jobsite setup, permitting, and closeout.
