Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Construction Summer Intern for an office role in Houston, TX. You will assist superintendents with daily tasks, prepare reports, and help track materials and costs, gaining hands-on experience at a 100% employee-owned engineering, procurement, consulting and construction firm.

Expect mentorship, exposure to diverse projects, and opportunities to network with industry experts as you develop practical infrastructure-delivery skills.

The Opportunity

As a Construction Summer Intern at Black & Veatch (Office role - Houston, TX), you will play a meaningful role in addressing some of the world’s most critical infrastructure challenges. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse, impactful projects that support our clients’ goals while fostering your professional growth and advancing the success of Black & Veatch.

As a Construction Intern, you would also assist superintendents in every day task completion. This may include daily reports, material expediting/location, cost/progress reporting, etc.

Hands-on experience at an employee-owned engineering, procurement, consulting, and construction company.
