The role offers a starting pay of $16 per hour with bonus incentives based on job completion and team performance, plus opportunities for growth as you advance and take on leadership in the field.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment screening includes motor vehicle record, background check, and drug screening.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (may include overnight stays).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home waterproofing, foundation, and concrete leveling solutions.
• Lead with training in tools and materials to operate safely on job sites.
• Work with the team to complete projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
