NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair, a regional leader in residential waterproofing and structural repair, is seeking motivated foremen for our production team. The role offers $20/hour plus a bonus program with potential to earn over $70,000 annually, with most work indoors for a comfortable environment.

As a foreman you will review project details, coordinate materials, communicate with the sales department, install work to quality standards, and keep customers informed throughout the job.

Qualifications

• Must have construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills.
• Legal working status in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review project details to ensure proper materials, tools and equipment are brought to each job.
• Coordinate with the sales department before installation to meet customer requests.
• Install each job using company approved methods.
• Communicate with the customer throughout each job to ensure satisfaction.
