Job summary

HouseSmart Construction is seeking an Installer I to join our crew in setting up manufactured homes. You will work with the Crew Chief to ensure the home is set up safely and efficiently, learning tasks from vapor barriers to wall bolting and basic masonry.

This full-time role offers hands-on training, a starting pay of $17.00 per hour plus experience, and weekly pay. We provide a strong benefits package including a 401K match, medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus paid holidays and

Qualifications

• General construction experience is desired.
• Comfort working outdoors and with heights.
• Willingness to learn and grow career in construction.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools listed in the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own various construction tasks to set up homes.
• Install vapor barriers (training provided).
• Level and bolt floors and walls; anchor structures.
• Perform basic masonry tasks.
• Assist with electrical and plumbing crossovers.
• Support bonding wires and repair bottom board.
• Mentor new team members in safe practices.
• Collaborate with Crew Chief to plan daily work.
