Keystone Basement Systemsis hiring hardworking individuals to join our construction team! We install basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete leveling systems for homeowners — and we’re growing fast.

This is more than a labor job. It's a clear path to leadership. We promote from within: start as an Installer, grow into a Foreman, then lead your own crew!

What You’ll Get:

• Strong Pay:Start at $18/hr + bonuses. Most installers average $24–$27/hr with pay-for-performance bonuses for jobs completed on time.

• Leadership experience is a plus — we love hiring future Crew Leaders!
