Qualifications

• At least ten years of construction inspection experience.
• Lead inspector on a project valued at $25 million+.
• Experience on multiple design-build projects.
• Experience on a US GSA project.
• Prepare site records, inspection reports, and photographs.
• Familiar with equipment commissioning and operations.
• Review payment requests and document actions.
• Perform change order cost and time impact analyses.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and systems per contract docs.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and guidelines.
• Proficient with CAD, MS Office, Oracle/PM tools; schedule monitoring.
• OSHA safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction and installations per contract documents.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain site records including photos.
• Review monthly payment requests and recommend approvals or denials.
• Conduct change order analyses and support negotiations.
• Monitor project schedules and coordinate with teams.
• Ensure safety practices on site per OSHA requirements.
