Requires Associate’s degree, vocational technical degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience in civil engineering, environmental engineering, environmental science, or a closely related field.
In addition to satisfying the vocational/education standard, this position requires a minimum of two years of related, full-time equivalent experience.
Requires a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is in compliance with City Driving Standards; certification as a Dual Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Inspector within six months of completing the DEQ courses.
Employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours in response to short-term department needs and/or City-wide emergencies.
