Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in construction technology or related field, plus 2 years of inspection experience, and PA DEP license or plan to obtain within 24 months. A valid driver's license and overtime availability are required.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of technical education beyond high school isnecessary (Associates Degree in Construction Technology or an associated field is preferred). In lieu of two years of technical education, two years of experience in the above areas may be considered. Successful candidate must have construction inspection experience and superior organizational, interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
Must be proficient in interpretation of design drawings, construction technology and the use of a computer for word processing, spreadsheet applications, e-mail, and AQUA programs such as GIS, AIMS, Procore, etc.
Must also maintain a PA DEP Class E license, or obtain the License within twenty-four (24) months from date of hire.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be available for overtime.
