Job Description

McFarland Johnson is seeking Construction Inspectors for the upcoming 2022 construction season. The assignment includes a resident engineer and an inspector for a highway reconstruction project in northern Warren County New York.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or other closely related field, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience on transportation construction projects.
• Prior NYSDOT experience and familiarity with NYSDOT specifications are a plus.
• NICET certification at level 2, 3, or 4 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation to job site locations.
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills, with ability to work independently required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
