Garver has an opening based out of our Oklahoma City office for a Construction Inspector (5-10 years). We are looking for a motivated professional who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in supporting high-quality roadway, bridge, water/wastewater, and aviation projects. In this role, the Construction Inspector serves as a liaison among contractors, engineers, and clients, and supports inspection, observation, and materials testing efforts across a variety of project types. The position works under the supervision of the Resident Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Manager assigned to a specific project. The Construction Inspector plays an important role in supporting inspections and documentation to help ensure that projects are built in accordance with project plans and specifications. Applicants must be capable of considerable physical activity in an outdoor setting, including but not limited to light lifting, bending, stooping and climbing, walking and standing for prolonged periods of time, and regularly operating motor vehicles. As a condition of employment, all applicants must consent to a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report.
