TYLin is seeking a Construction Inspector with a paving background to join its PMCM Sector in Maine. You will perform field inspections, write daily reports, and help ensure project compliance with MaineDOT standards.

You will assist with meeting agendas, monthly progress payments, and Contract Change Orders, while collaborating across teams to deliver quality infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction inspection experience, familiarity with MaineDOT requirements,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Completes daily inspection reports in the applicable format. Assists with creating meeting agendas and minutes; distribute and file. Assure documentation, and accuracy of monthly progress payments. Assists with creating draft Contract Change Orders. Performs oversight of materials testing. Assures general compliance with MaineDOT standards and specifications. Assists with resident and office engineering duties. Other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3+ years of experience with construction inspection and daily report writing preferred. Experience with MaineDOT a plus. Reliable transportation required. Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $83,200 - $124,800 annually for this position and local market.
