Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Construction Inspection Supervisor in Pittsburgh, PA for Spring 2026.

You will supervise daily construction inspections to ensure compliance with plans, communicate issues to project management, and document field work using standard reports. The role requires minimum 6 years of transportation inspection experience, an active PE license, and NICET Level IV in Highway Construction; PennDOT or NECEPT technician certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of transportation/highway/bridge inspection experience.
• Active Professional Engineer’s License.
• NICET Level IV Certification in Highway Construction.
• PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification or NECEPT Field Technician Certification.
