• The role involves handling construction disputes, specifically preparing, filing, and enforcing mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens, determining lien rights and enforcement, payment disputes, delay and disruption claims, and defective design and construction claims.
• Associates are expected to work independently on core litigation tasks including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing discovery, handling motion practice, taking and defending depositions, and assisting with trial preparation.
