Job summary

Teal Energi seeks an HSSE Manager to lead health, safety, security and environmental performance across a large, multi-building construction program. You will establish and administer the site-specific safety program, provide visible field leadership, and drive a proactive zero-incident culture among contractors and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has extensive construction safety experience, deep knowledge of OSHA requirements, and a proven ability to influence safety performance through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety-related field.
• 8+ years of construction safety experience.
• 3+ years in site safety leadership on complex projects.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926.
• Strong hazard recognition and field leadership.
• Ability to coach managers and crews to improve safety.
• Certifications CSP/CHST/ASP or OSHA 500/510 preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement the HSSE plan and ensure OSHA/regulatory compliance.
• Provide visible field leadership and promote a zero-incident culture.
• Monitor HSSE performance and adjust procedures as risks rise.
• Coach project staff to integrate safety into planning, purchasing and logistics.
• Investigate incidents and lead corrective actions to completion.
