Job summary

ENFRA in the United States is hiring a Helper to perform basic labor on large commercial mechanical and plumbing construction sites. This Full-Time, non-exempt role reports to the Foreman and requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of construction experience.

Travel will be about 50% to job sites and offices. Duties include clean up, material distribution, assisting HVAC and plumbing installs, following plans, maintaining safety, and operating light equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively on all levels.
• 1-2 years of construction experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to the jobsite daily.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• General construction clean up.
• Assists in material distribution.
• Assists mechanics installing HVAC and Plumbing.
• Learns code requirements.
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment and attends safety meetings.
• Loads and unloads building materials to be used in construction.
• Operates or tends equipment and machines used.
• Follows construction plans and instructions.
