Job summary

C and Z Home Remodeling is seeking a reliable Laborer/Helper to assist on residential job sites, performing tasks from demolition to finish carpentry and basic plumbing/electrical work.

You will keep work areas clean, help install fixtures, cabinets, drywall, and appliances, and operate basic tools safely. Must have transportation to site; Spanish speakers welcome.

This is a hands-on role with room to grow as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tasks such as demo, set up, drywall, flooring, painting, and small plumbing and electrical work.
• Clean work areas at the end of the day.
• Help in rough and finish carpentry.
• Assist in the installation of kitchen and bathroom fixtures, cabinets, drywall, and appliances.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Help with loading and unloading materials and tools from trucks.
