Essential Functions:

• Operate heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment.
• Perform concrete work, including framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.
• Travel to job sites, which may require overnight stays.
• Maintain positive relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols and safe work practices at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, including daily cleanup.

Experience, Competencies, and Education:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the petroleum industry and familiarity with related products is a plus.
• Installer certifications in relevant product lines are advantageous.
• Experience operating equipment is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Efficiently work under time constraints and collaborate effectively with others.
• Adhere to all company procedures; procedures are available through your Branch manager.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of company vehicles.
