Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret grade stakes, elevations, and site plans.
• Excavate, move, and grade earth, and install structures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards.
• Perform general labor duties when required.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold core values.

Skills

Proficiency operating heavy machinery

Ability to judge slopes, distances, and elevations accurately

Strong communication and listening skills

Capacity to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, crawl, stoop, and use hand tools

Key Responsibilities

10‑hour shifts
