Sargent Corporation is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in Greensboro, North Carolina. This full-time position involves operating various heavy construction equipment for infrastructure projects across the Piedmont Triad area. Applicants should have at least 3 years of construction experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel 75%. Sargent is searching for Heavy Equipment Operators in the Piedmont Triad area.

If you have previous experience operating construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader or grader to excavate, move and grade earth and install structures, we want to hear from you!

In these roles, you will be travelling throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure projects including landfills, airports, site development, and many others.

Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals – plus you will be home every weekend!

Job Requirements

• Experience: Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
• Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)

Schedule

• 10-hour shift
• Monday to Friday with some weeks as needed
