The Smith-Rowe Team in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a reliable manual laborer to support on-site crews. Responsibilities include carrying materials, using hand tools, and assisting with daily physical tasks alongside skilled workers.

Qualifications

• Experience with grading preferred
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Performs strenuous manual labor such as raking, shoveling, digging, and other physical tasks.
• Carries tools and equipment between locations on site.
• May operate equipment if trained, including front end loader, excavator, backhoe, skidsteer.
• Assists crew with day-to-day duties as needed
