Job Overview

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, ensuring quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand, handle, reach, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and more than 100 pounds occasionally. Visual and sensory abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
