Job summary

MGC Contractors, Inc. is seeking General Laborers to join our Utah division in Eagle Mountain to support construction projects across the region. Qualified applicants will understand safety protocols, perform routine labor tasks, and assist trades as directed by the Leadman, Foreman, and Superintendent.

This full-time role requires reliability, on-site endurance, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Prior construction experience is beneficial; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must work quickly, productively and safely to meet production goals as outlined by the Leadman, Foreman, Superintendent, and/or Project Manager.
• Follow direction from the Leadman, Foreman, Superintendent, and/or Project Manager with regards to daily production schedule and activities.
• Works in conjunction with Leadman, Foreman, and/or Superintendent to ensure the job-site is safe prior to commencing work.
• Maintain a clean job site; pick up all tools, equipment, and secure job site each day.
• Use equipment and/or an assortment of job tools.
• Perform general laborer work as needed.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
