Job summary

Hello Garage in Omaha, NE is seeking a Construction General Laborer to join our mission-driven team. You’ll contribute to in-home polyaspartic floor coatings, cabinetry, and drop zones while developing leadership skills and performance-based rewards.

Starting at $18-$20/hour with uncapped bonuses, there is real potential to earn $30-$45/hour for top performers. We provide training, safety gear, and growth opportunities in a family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home polyaspartic floor coatings, custom garage cabinetry, and drop zones.
• Support team to deliver homeowners a WOW experience.
• Operate with proper PPE and complete safety training.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and dedication for advancement.
