Groundworks is seeking talented Construction General Laborers to join their team in Wichita, KS! The Installer plays a vital role, traveling (in a company-provided vehicle) to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions at customer homes.

Responsibilities:

• Travel within the local area to customer sites
• Assist in installing products under supervision

• Follow instructions and work diligently

Minimum Requirements:

• Load and unload materials, perform site setup and cleanup
• Dig trenches, lift heavy objects, and perform strenuous labor
• Work in confined spaces and adverse conditions
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lift objects up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for long periods
• Perform strenuous physical tasks with stamina
• Good manual dexterity and coordination
