Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Installer to join our field team, installing foundation and water management solutions at residential and commercial sites. You will work with experienced crews, use industry-leading training, and contribute to projects that protect homes and belongings.

As part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment, you will travel to job sites, perform installations under supervision, and ensure safety and quality on every project.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade-specific tools and correct use of equipment.
• Past experience in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment.
• Assist with installation of products under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
• Enter confined spaces to perform repairs as needed.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions with safety in mind.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

Installers are responsible for traveling to a residential or commercial building to install equipment, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean‑up.

• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.

• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.

• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.

• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.

• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.

• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.

• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
