Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install equipment, test it, and clean up after work. You’ll work with experienced crews and benefit from industry-leading training and equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific installation tools and proper use.
• Experience in the construction industry is required.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license is mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks such as digging, trenching, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs to job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather, maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions, policies, safety rules, and maintain professionalism.
• Foster teamwork and support project goals.
• Maintain company reputation and integrity on site.
• Assist with additional tasks to ensure project success.
• Ensure timely attendance to work each day as required.

Installers are responsible for traveling to a residential or commercial building to install equipment, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in the construction industry
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
