Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with general labor and non-trade tasks.
• Help with jobsite setup, breakdown, and preparation.
• Move and stage materials and supplies throughout the jobsite.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory.
• Perform fire watch and lift spotting duties as assigned.
• Follow supervisor instructions and jobsite safety procedures.
• Complete additional general construction duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience but not required.
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in an active construction environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a team.
• Strong awareness of jobsite safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned jobsites is required.
• Willingness to perform different tasks throughout the workday.
