Job Duties Include:

• Digging ditches or trenches, backfilling excavations, and compacting/leveling earth to grade specifications
• Assisting with the placement, movement, and removal of signs, cones, barricades, and other traffic devices
• Organizing and retrieving tools and materials for the construction team
• Flagging and directing traffic around work zones
• Operating jackhammers or drills to break up concrete or pavement
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

• Some construction or outdoor labor experience, but not required
• Must be reliable and ready to work outdoors in all conditions
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet all day
• A positive attitude and willingness to take direction
