Hello Garage in Omaha, NE is seeking a Garage Flooring Installer to join a growth-focused team. You will receive training, growth opportunities, and safety tools to excel, with potential to lead a crew in the field.

As a professional installer, you will perform in-home polyaspartic floor coatings, garage cabinetry, and related installations, while maintaining a strong safety mindset and delivering a WOW experience to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment screening includes motor vehicle record and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT med card.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in installing polyaspartic floor coatings and garage cabinetry.
• Travel to customer sites and work in homeowners’ garages.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE as trained.

Starting Pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Bonus Structure: You'll work in a crew of two. Once you operate as a Lead Installer or Team Lead, you are eligible for bonuses. Our uncapped bonus structure rewards efficiency. The more efficient your team, the higher your potential earnings.

High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members can earn up to $30-45 hourly. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
