The role involves installing garage floor coatings, steel cabinetry, and custom storage solutions. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience and be proficient with power tools.

This part-time position offers the possibility to transition to full-time, a competitive hourly pay of $18–$23, and the chance to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About the Role

We are looking for skilled, hands‑on professionals to join our installation team. As a Garage Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing garage floor coatings, steel cabinetry, car lifts and custom storage solutions. This role is ideal for problem‑solvers who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and install garage floors using our exclusive Floortex floor coatings.
• Assemble and install high‑quality steel cabinetry and slatwall storage systems.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure precision and quality in all installations, meeting Garage Living’s high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction, flooring installation, or carpentry.
• Proficiency in floor preparation, coatings application, and basic carpentry.
• Skilled in using power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and working in various conditions.
• Valid Class A driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from our location.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $23–$28+ per hour (based on experience)
• Guaranteed Minimum: 36 hours per week
• Overtime Pay: Available as needed
• Health Insurance Benefits available one becoming Full Time
