Job summary

IES is seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with executive leadership and operations to drive financial visibility and scalable processes.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and KPI tracking in a construction-focused environment. Strong communication and cross-functional partnership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Construction finance, project-based accounting, or job costing experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support initiatives and capital planning.
• Analyze project performance, job costing, WIP schedules, and margin trends in construction.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
• Improve financial reporting processes, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with operations to evaluate project profitability and cost controls.
• Assist with board and executive financial presentations.
