Job summary

Inch & Co in State College, PA, seeks an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on-site operations in coordination with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager. This hands-on role drives daily field execution, manages crews, and keeps work progressing safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction with foreman or lead experience, plus strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Prior foreman or lead experience is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations, coordinating with the Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Oversee phases of construction from start to closeout to support the project schedule.
• Read and interpret plans and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct daily huddles and report progress and issues to the team.
• Monitor quality and enforce jobsite safety standards (OSHA).
• Track materials and equipment to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
• Maintain an organized jobsite and perform hands-on carpentry and punch list tasks.
