Job summary

Reeves Young seeks a Foreman to lead on-site construction activities in Georgia. You will oversee crews, ensure progress is documented with daily reports and photos, and coordinate equipment maintenance and safety on site.

The role requires hands-on supervision of earthwork, utilities, and concrete tasks, with strong scheduling and communication to keep projects on track and within scope.

Qualifications

• Understanding means and methods of earthwork, site utilities and concrete construction.
• Ability to resolve problems with timely decisions on site.
• Staffing self-performed work to meet productivity norms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily progress reporting and field paperwork with photos.
• Manage equipment maintenance and greasing on site.
• Instruct crew on installing water, sewer/storm pipes, manholes and grading.
• Develop incremental schedules to keep upcoming events on track.
